The nine products above are what moves fastest — they are not everything we can get. Send us the part name, your car's model and year, and a photo of the old part if you have one. We will source it and quote you back, usually the same day.
What customers ask before they buy a part from our counter.
Yes — that is rather the point of buying it here. Every accessory and spare on this page is fitted in our own six-bay workshop by the same technicians who do our tyre and brake work. Alloys are balanced and nitrogen-filled, brake kits are pressure-bled and bedded in, seat covers are fitted around the airbag seams properly. Fitment on smaller items is usually free; anything that needs bay time is quoted up front, before we start.
Everything carries the manufacturer's warranty, and the GST invoice is raised in your name so the claim is yours to make — typically one year on alloys against manufacturing defects, six months to a year on brake components, and a workmanship guarantee on anything we fit. Bring the part and the bill back to us and we will handle the claim paperwork with the brand on your behalf. Consumables like oil and cleaning chemicals are not covered, for obvious reasons.
Almost always. Send us the make, model, variant and year on WhatsApp — a photo of the old part or the VIN plate makes it quicker — and we will look up the OEM part number. You will get two prices back: the genuine part and a good OES/aftermarket alternative, with a straight answer on which one we would fit to our own car. Most parts reach the Chromepet counter in two to four days.
Within Chennai, yes — free delivery on orders above ₹2,000, and a nominal charge below that. Bulky items like a set of four alloys are best collected, or better still, booked in so we fit them while you wait. For anything that needs installation we will always suggest you come to the workshop instead: a part delivered to your door is a part nobody has torqued to spec.
We stock genuine OEM parts and OES parts — the latter being components made by the same supplier who builds them for the car maker, sold in their own box at a lower price. We will always tell you exactly which one you are getting and why, and the invoice says so in writing. What we will not do is sell you a counterfeit brake pad in a convincing box. If a price looks too good to be true in this trade, it is.
